The apartment house "Abendsonne" is located in a very quiet  street with small houses and gardens. It is an a block of flats with one rental flats and 6 holiday apartments.

Flat house "Abendsonne" is a rental house with one rental and six holiday flats.

Three flats each consist of a combined living room/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. One flat has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining area, a bedroom and a shower room. Two flats have two bedrooms, a living room with sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet.

In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
There is a communal covered terrace behind the house. On request, we are happy to provide you with an electric barbecue.
You can always easily find a parking space either on our own parking spaces in front of the house or on the street front.

You have free internet access in all flats.
 

The house "Abendsonne" is located in Koblenz - Wallersheim, an urban district of Koblenz The old quarter of Koblenz can be easily reached within few minutes by  car or by bus which stops nearby. The Rhine is only a few meters. So it is very popular to use the Rhine ferry to go the the "Deutsches Eck" where a cable car station was built to reach fortress Ehrenbreitstein across the Rhine.  And last but not least: Visit Koblenz to see the famous firework event " Rhein in Flammen" every year in August!

So our  house "Abendsonne" actually  is a good starting point for visitors of Koblenz.
