This flat on the mezzanine floor has 45 sqm and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be put together, a balcony with a view of the garden and a shower room.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker with exhaust air, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a fridge with freezer compartment and of course enough dishes.

The flat is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and free internet access via wifi.

Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler. 
Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement of the house are available to our guests free of charge.
Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.

You can park your  car on our private carpark in front of the house (only on request) or nearby on the street.
