Basement apartment

This flat is not a basement flat, but is just half a flight of stairs down from the front door.
There are windows across the whole width of the flat to the outside. For this reason it is a bright and friendly flat.

The flat has just under 60 square metres of living space. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area for 4 people, a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a full bathroom.

You sleep on two very comfortable single beds. A 3rd one is in the living room a which can be converted into a sofa during the day with the help of backrests. A desk, a small armchair, sideboards, a flat-screen TV (SAT-TV) and very pleasant lighting complete the flat's furnishings.
The wardrobe with enough space for your personal belongings is located in the large hallway of the flat.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric 4-burner ceramic hob with exhaust air, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and, of course, enough dishes.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower cabin and is bright and friendly due to a large window. A hairdryer is available.
Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler. 

Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the cellar of the house are available to our guests free of charge.
Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.

There is free internet access via WLan in the flat.

You can park your car on our private carpark in front of the house (only on request) or nearby on the street.
