First floor apartment

The flat on the upper floor has 45 sqm and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with 2 very comfortable single beds that can be placed together or separately, a balcony with a view of the garden and a shower room.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and of course enough dishes.
In addition, the flat is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a music system, a hairdryer and free internet access via Wifi.
Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler. 
Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement of the house are available to our guests free of charge.
Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.

You can park your car on our private carpark in front of the house (only on request) or nearby on the street.
