This apartment on top  floor has 92 sqm  . It sleeps up to 6 . The flat consists  of 2 bed rooms , each with to comfortable single beds, a full bath a lounge with 2 very comfortable sofa beds, a fully fitted  kitchen with all facilities as well as a balcony with views of the gardens behind the house. The heating and hot water runs over a modern gas boiler.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric cooker with extractor, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and a small pantry, and of course plenty of dishes. In addition, part of the equipment of the flat is a TV with also few English channels, a music system with CDplayer and a hairdryer.

There is a laundry room in the house with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board which can be used for free.

Bed linen and towels are provided if needed.

If desired, you can also use the wireless internet connection.

Parking in front of the house and in the street.

A surcharge  will be added on
25% of the total rental price for bookings of only 1 night
and 15% for bookings of only 2 nights
