FIRST FLOOR Apartment

The apartment on the first floor has 45 sqm and consists of a spacious room with 2 very comfortable  beds as well as a sofa bed, a spacious kitchen with dining area, shower bath room and a balcony with views of  the gardens behind the house.
The heating and hot water runs over a modern gas boiler.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric cooker with extractor, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and a small pantry, and of course plenty of dishes. In addition, part of the equipment of the flat TV with digital satellite channels, music system with CDplayer and a hairdryer.

The laundry room in the house with washing machine, dryer, ironand ironing board can use for free.

Bed linen and towels are provided if needed.

If desired, you can also use a wireless connection.

Parking for your car you can find the house.

PRICES

A surcharge  will be added on
25% of the total rental price for bookings of only 1 night
and 15% for bookings of only 2 nights

Refundable damage deposit 150 €
